South Creek Landing is an award-winning, six-storey concrete development located at the foot of the Cambie Street Bridge. The development has ground-floor commercial units, five-storeys of residential units and two levels of underground parking accessed by a car elevator.
The complexity of this project and its location required a detailed pre-construction phase to plan a smooth start to construction. Its restrictive site required continuous coordination with the City of Vancouver for trade access and material deliveries. With budget parameters prescribed at the outset, Kindred worked with the developer to optimize their investment while satisfying their need for a high-end product.
