Midtown is a four-storey mixed-use development with 41 residential units, ground-floor commercial spaces, and two levels of underground parking. Level three also features a courtyard for residents. The building uses a concrete base from the underground parking lot to the ground floor, with wood-framed construction above. Geared towards entry-level home buyers, the project's focus was placed on design efficiency and cost control.
