Kensington Views is a contemporary, four-storey mixed-use and multi-family building comprised of a ground-floor concrete podium with four commercial retail units. Wood frame construction was used for the units above, which included nine residential units with enclosed balconies and one level of underground parking. Two of the residences are two-storey townhouses.
