The project is comprised of three wood framed buildings and one level of underground parking. The 4-storey apartment building shares a surface level courtyard with both 2-storey townhouses and all 44 units are intended to be used as rental housing. The project is also targeting LEED Gold certification and the townhouses will have green roofs.
