BrookLynn is a contemporary six-storey wood-frame building with 63 apartments, two levels of underground parking and boutique shops and cafés on street level. All units have outdoor living spaces and their own front entrance under weather-protected walkways. The highlight of the development is the 1,500 SF central private courtyard with a children's play area, lounge seating, and an open green space. BrookLynn was designed and built to LEED Gold equivalency.
