This 12,000 SF tenant improvement project included the gutting and reconstruction of an entire floor of an iconic Class A office tower in the heart of Vancouver's financial district. Taking advantage of an unobstructed 360-degree view, a glass wall system was utilized to develop a transparent space. This helped bring light and views to the interior of the space and produced a stunning effect while maintaining simple and clean detailing.
