Originally constructed in 1910 as a warehouse, the 4-storey building was converted into office spaces and leased to commercial tenants. This project involved the conversion of an existing retail space into the new MINI Sales Centre with exposed restored brick walls and heavy fir timber columns and beams. The showroom featured a unique car lift up to street level for shifting cars in and out of the space. The lift also doubled as a creative way to display new cars in the showroom windows.
