Comprehensive renovation and expansion of an existing two-storey commercial building in North Vancouver, BC, increasing the building area to 27,415 sf. The project included a horizontal addition to create a new service drive-thru and customer reception area, expanded showroom, and relocated primary entrance. Interior upgrades included a renovated New Vehicle Display, dedicated Audi Sport Stage, new glazed office partitions and guardrails, and updated floor and wall finishes. The exterior was transformed with new curtain walls, Audi’s signature honeycomb perforated aluminum cladding, and aluminum composite panel cladding at the service drive-thru, creating a modernized automotive retail and service facility.
