Beatrice is a collaborative initiative led by BC Housing in partnership with The Kettle Society to deliver a 6-storey permanent supportive housing development in South Vancouver’s Fraserview neighbourhood. Designed to achieve Passive House certification, the project uses mass timber CLT floors and prefabricated wall elements.

It will offer 72 single-occupancy suites to support vulnerable groups experiencing mental health challenges, along with one level of underground parking, a communal space, a ground-level commercial kitchen, and a sixth-floor amenity terrace.
