Hiy̓ám̓ Capilano will be a 28,700 SF, 4-storey, modular wood-frame affordable housing development with 50 rental units and a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom units. Amenity spaces include a cultural office, a multi-purpose kitchen, a service room, and a laundry room. Local artists will be hired to paint a mural on the side of the building, and members of the Squamish Nation will be hired to participate in construction.
