Mountainside Animal Hospital is an 11,320 SF concrete and wood-frame building with one level of below-grade parking and a residential suite for the full-time on-site manager and staff. The state-of-the-art facility features dedicated surgery rooms, isolation rooms, 24/7 emergency services, and an animal shelter in partnership with the City of North Vancouver. The project was completed in two phases, the base building and then the subsequent fit-out of the interior to develop unique functional areas.
