Lamborghini Vancouver will upgrade its luxury sportscar showroom and service center with an expansion and interior overhaul. The dealership is taking over its next-door neighbor to provide 7,700 sf of uninterrupted display space for its high-performance vehicles. This renovation includes a premium finish-out to match the hyper-sleek, Italian automobiles, as well as new office spaces, meeting rooms, amenities, and service bays for the sales and mechanic teams. The existing building facades will be refinished for a clean and sophisticated look. Demo began in April 2024.

Kindred previously renovated their building in 2013.
