A complete exterior and interior renovation of the 27,000 SF Brian Jessel BMW Pre-Owned dealership was performed in three phases.

The first phase covered the showroom and staff area. The scope of work included new sprinklers and flooring, exterior cladding, as well as mechanical and electrical upgrades and a modern millwork package. The second phase included the renovation of the shop and parts department. The work consisted of new paint and polished concrete flooring, mechanical and electrical upgrades, seven new automatic garage doors, and new skylights. The final phase involved the addition of two wash bays and three detailing bays.
