Not long after receiving a BSc. in Industrial Design in 1994, Evan entered the New York construction industry providing marketing and business development services to a mid-size corporate interiors contractor. During his three years there, he also gained experience in managing small to mid-sized tenant improvement projects and gaining some basic estimating skills. Realizing an industry demand for outsourced marketing services, Evan became a consultant to several construction, architecture and engineering firms in New York. In 2001, Evan moved to China where, among other things, he provided marketing services to two landscape architecture firms.

Since joining Kindred, Evan has assumed responsibility for proposal and presentation development, corporate identity management, advertising and other marketing-related activities.
