CHRIS JOHNSON
project superintendent
Chris joined Kindred in 1988, during his second year of the B.C. Apprentice Carpenter program. The training received from this program and his past experience with a forming and framing contractor, have provided Chris with an intimate familiarity with all aspects of wood frame construction. He completed his apprenticeship in 1990 and became a journeyman carpenter, working on a number of Kindred projects in all market sectors.
Displaying a capacity for management and organization, Chris was gradually given opportunities to prove his worth, and soon made the transition from carpenter to full-time assistant superintendent and then to managing projects on his own. Chris consistently rises to project challenges, is an excellent communicator, and is quick to understand and appreciate the needs of our clients.
