Randy began his 21-year career in the construction industry as a journeyman carpenter doing forming and framing. From 1984 - 1993, he ran his own general contracting firm, building private residences in the B.C. Lower Mainland. He also worked as a project manager and project superintendent for three of Vancouver's leading high-end custom home builders before becoming a member of Kindred's field staff.

Kindred found a perfect fit in Randy's managerial skills and professional goals. Randy has a history of setting the highest possible standards for his projects, and then consistently following through to ensure that these standards are met. He is constantly looking for new challenges to build on his varied field experience, and is a project leader in the classic sense of the word - a strategist who understands the environment and critical path of a project.
