Terry has been actively involved in the construction industry since 1982, starting as a carpenter's helper and progressively working his way up the ladder in positions of increasing responsibility. During the past 15 years he has been a foreman, an assistant superintendent and a site superintendent on small and large projects, both in Canada and the United States. This progression has been accompanied by numerous building technology, estimating and computer-aided drafting courses.

Terry - like all other site personnel at Kindred - brings that enviable combination of practical hands-on experience and education to his position. His excellent people skills and calm demeanour create an organized and focused jobsite - something that many of our past clients have observed and commented on. Terry's practical experience includes office and retail tenant improvements, heritage restoration, private care hospitals, public buildings and large structural concrete buildings.
