With both a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (1986) and a Diploma in Project Management (1990), Sam has gained a wealth of practical experience managing residential, institutional and commercial construction projects in Mexico, Canada and the U.S. Sam owned his own architectural and contracting firm in Mexico, constructing high-end residential and commercial developments and providing design services for interior upgrades. Sam is an international associate of the American Institute of Architects, an affiliate member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia, and a member of the Mexican College of Architects and Mexican Society of Architects.

Prior to joining Kindred in 2004, Sam was employed by ICBC as Facilities Manager, responsible for developing and managing more than 700,000 sq. ft. of owned and leased corporate and commercial space. At Kindred, he continues to blend his architectural and project management skills to provide our clients with the best possible approach to their projects.
