Ronda is a recent addition to the ranks of Kindred's project coordinators. She brings a unique, 12-year background in landscaping and gardening to the company. She has taken courses in business management at Langara College and has several course completion certificates from the BC Nursery Landscape Association, including one in Workplace Hazardous Material Information Systems (WHMIS). Prior to joining Kindred, Ronda was a project manager for the Mandeville Garden Centre, where she gained experience in resource management, accounting, and project planning and scheduling while working on a number of trade shows. She was also a self-employed garden designer.

Ronda brings a detail-oriented approach to her projects. She has been instrumental in providing solid administrative support to the project superintendents she works with, keeping track of project correspondence, invoices, drawings and submissions. She gets involved in site management as needed, and turns every situation into an opportunity to learn more about how she can mould her talents to fit construction management needs.
