Brad is not a newcomer to the construction industry. He first entered the BC construction market as a carpenter with his father's real estate development company. For six years Brad served on a variety of residential and commercial projects while studying for a Corporate Finance Diploma from BCIT. Desiring a future in project management, Brad re-enrolled in BCIT, where he recently received his Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management. In addition to his degree, Brad has also obtained IRCA Certification for ISO 9000 Quality Management and Internal Auditing.

Brad joined Kindred in 2005 as a project coordinator. He assists several project managers on both residential and institutional projects, and most recently has been providing extensive support on quantity surveying and budget development projects, for which he has displayed considerable aptitude.
