Louise joined Kindred in 2001, bringing a wealth of knowledge gained from over 25 years of experience in a number of private and public-sector companies. Her administrative and organizational skills as well as her financial background and experience with computers provide the well-rounded skill set needed to manage our office.
As the firm's human resources manager, Louise is responsible for recruiting, administering our employee benefits program and works with our field staff to ensure that every Kindred project is properly staffed. She manages our facilities, coordinates our computer systems and office equipment, and is also an active member of our Health and Safety Committee.
